Which institute is the best for an embedded system: Kernel Masters, Vector or C-DAC DESD?

While selecting an institute for an embedded system, firstly, try to figure out your capabilities and interests. If you are passionate about the embedded system, then no matter from which institute you have got trained for your course. I have trained by the Kernel Masters, Hyderabad and seriously, my journey with this institute was a big hit.
